How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Are SEVENFRIDAY watches water resistant?
Most of our timepieces feature a 3ATM water resistance rating, meaning they are splash-proof and rain-proof, but not suitable for swimming, showering, or diving.
How do I verify the authenticity of my product?
Every SEVENFRIDAY watch comes with an embedded NFC chip. You can verify authenticity and register your warranty by scanning the watch with the official SEVENFRIDAY mobile app.
Do you offer a manufacturer's warranty?
Yes, all our watches come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, straps, or damage caused by accidents.
