Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team or log into your account portal within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original SEVENFRIDAY wooden crate or packaging, ensuring all warranty cards, stickers, and manuals are included.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location for tracked transit to our quality control center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
